TowerPoint Announces Investment from AllianceBernstein Middle Market Private Credit Investing Platform

ATLANTA, July 23, 2014

TowerPoint, a leading institutional investor in cellular site locations, today announced it has entered into an agreement with AllianceBernstein Private Credit Investors to facilitate its ongoing acquisition of high quality assets and accumulate diversified portfolios in the United States, Canada and the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.
