We start with the real estate itself, bringing acquisitions, asset management, and development together under one roof to create value at every stage.

Three Core Offerings Driven by a Single Commitment

Building lasting partnerships is the heart of our business. We participate in a variety of transaction types, including direct easement, asset, fee and entity purchases from public and private owners and development joint ventures for new build communications towers and digital infrastructure.

Acquisitions

Wireless Real Estate

TowerPoint acquires cell towers, rooftops, and fiber site leases from a diverse group of real estate owners across the U.S., structured as direct easement, asset, fee, and entity purchases.

Digital Infrastructure

TowerPoint is a direct owner-operator of communications towers, one of the fastest-growing segments of our portfolio.

Asset Management

TowerPoint’s approach to asset management is grounded in responsible stewardship of both the wireless relationship and the underlying real estate. Across every acquired site, our in-house team manages the day-to-day operational responsibilities, including lease administration, amendment processing, carrier coordination, and issue resolution. Site owner partners also have direct access to support through TowerPoint’s dedicated Site Owner Help Desk.

Our role extends beyond administration. Wireless infrastructure is essential to how communities connect, work, and access critical services, and we are proud to support its continued deployment. Through education, collaboration, and responsiveness, we work to be a trusted partner to property owners and carrier tenants alike.

By investing in well-positioned sites and actively managing them over time, TowerPoint helps strengthen wireless coverage while protecting the long-term value and performance of the underlying property.

Infrastructure Development

New-Build Communications Towers, Digital Infrastructure

TowerPoint develops new build communications towers in select US markets. Our development strategy centers around partnerships and joint ventures with municipalities, medium to large commercial property owners and seasoned regional tower developers.

Partnership Structures

Priced Fair. Built to Last.

TowerPoint’s pricing is grounded in what each site is worth, and our business depends on staying in the relationship long after closing.

TowerPoint evaluates every acquisition based on the site’s unique characteristics, arriving at a fair, defensible price from the outset. Because our involvement does not end at closing, that valuation is grounded not only in the transaction today, but in how the site will be valued over time.

After closing, TowerPoint assumes responsibility for the wireless relationship and actively manages the site for as long as it remains in our portfolio. Through ongoing carrier engagement, colocation opportunities, and management of the underlying property, we work to create additional value — sharing revenue with the site owner where revenue-sharing arrangements apply.

Each site also benefits from the scale of TowerPoint’s broader portfolio. Our carrier relationships, market intelligence, and operational infrastructure give individual properties access to capabilities and negotiating leverage that would be difficult to achieve alone. We call this the Portfolio Effect: the power of a large, long-held portfolio working on behalf of every site and every partner.
