At TowerPoint, we believe that our success as a company relies in large part on the health and well-being of the communities, we call home.

The firm established its Community Investment Council to leverage the unique talents and skills of our people – our most valuable resource – and contribute to community projects and initiatives to elevate the quality of life of our communities.

Guided by our core values of empathy, integrity, and empowerment, we seek both direct and partnership opportunities that allow our team to expand on its existing set of capabilities.

The CIC is committed to engaging in at least eight (two each calendar quarter) events/initiative per year in the Greater Atlanta and Greater San Diego areas.

From our annual MLK Day of Service, beach cleanups to matching employee’s gifts of time and money, our employees aim to make a difference in their communities every day.

Community Days of Service

TowerPoint’s teams in Atlanta and San Diego participated in multiple days of service to give back to the local community. Partnering with local nonprofits, our team cleaned and beautified Piedmont Park (Atlanta) and a local beach in San Diego. Members of the team have also sorted, organized, and prepared gifts for children in Georgia’s Department of Family and Children Services (DFCS) Foster Care system that serves youth in all 157 counties across the state.

MLK Day of Service

The firm dedicates the MLK Day of Service as a company-wide effort to give back to its community. Partnering with local nonprofit organizations, TowerPoint welcomes its employees, families, and friends to participate in activities that make a collective impact to improve the communities around us.

In 2022, TowerPoint participated in Meal Pack 4 Kids that served over 800 students in Title I elementary schools in Atlanta.

Giving to the Community

By investing in our communities, we invest in our employees. TowerPoint supports our employees’ personal community involvements with local organizations that are important to them – such as local sports organizations, shelters, and more.
