Dustin Cahill Named to TowerPoint’sSenior Management Team
ATLANTA, Aug. 22, 2013 – TowerPoint said today that Dustin Cahill has joined the firm’s senior management team and been promoted to Executive Vice President of Acquisitions. Cahill most previously served as senior vice president of acquisitions for the firm, which earlier this week rebranded as TowerPoint.
Mr. Cahill began working with the firm in 2010 as co-head of an exclusive California-based originations unit of the company. In his new role, Cahill – based in TowerPoint’sWest Coast HQ – will be responsible for managing TowerPoint’s West Coast and Midwest business units as well as contributing to the firm’s corporate business development initiatives.

Cahill has more than 12 years of experience in financial services, real estate, and telecommunications and has acquired more than $95 million of existing wireless lease assets. Prior to joining TowerPoint, Dustin co-founded an exclusive ground lease originations unit of TowerPoint.

Dustin also served as the National Sales Manager for a wireless lease optimization company and in this role he was responsible for managing top-performing origination teams that collectively completed over $250 million in rent savings for U.S. telecommunications carriers. Dustin’s in-depth knowledge of lease acquisitions, lease optimization, and financial services gives him a unique advantage in serving the needs of his clients.
