Jesse M. Wellner is the Chief Executive Officer of TowerPoint and a recognized leader in wireless infrastructure and real estate, bringing over two decades of strategic investment and operational expertise to the sector. He has played a central role in shaping the industry’s evolution, with direct involvement in more than $2 billion of M&A activity across wireless infrastructure and related assets.

Since 2009, Jesse has guided TowerPoint’s transformation into a premier investment platform focused on mission-critical wireless infrastructure and real estate. Over the course of his career, he has built, scaled, and successfully exited multiple platforms, earning a reputation as a driving force behind the emergence and institutionalization of the wireless real estate asset class.

Under his leadership, TowerPoint has cultivated one of the most experienced teams in the industry and today commands one of the largest and fastest-growing privately held portfolios of macro cell towers, rooftops, and land sites across the United States.
