“We regret not selling our wireless lease when we had the chance. Back in November of 2016, TowerPoint offered to buy our wireless lease and we decided to pass. Then in February of 2017, we received a decommission letter from our tenant and regrettably, we are no longer receiving rent. If we took the deal from TowerPoint a few months ago, we could have avoided this situation.”
