We are searching for an enthusiastic support team for our new business development department.  As a crucial part of originations team, the Market Coordinator position requires a success minded, self- motivated and enthusiastic professional with the specific skill set of making qualified appointments for our Director of Acquisitions through outbound and inbound calls.

Responsibilities

  • Outbound/inbound calls to/from potential and established prospects on a daily basis
  • Communicating TowerPoint’s proposition to prospects
  • Negotiating deal terms and forming new partnerships
  • Successfully close acquisitions and assist in due diligence process
  • Maintain a strong active pipeline and hit key performance metrics

 

Required Skills & Experience

  • Excellent verbal and written communication Skills
  • A working basic knowledge of finance, including discounted cash flow concepts (IRR and NPV)
  • 4‐year college degree
  • Possesses strong organizational skills with ability to multi‐task, prioritize, and work under
    minimal supervision
  • Possess strong work ethics and integrity
  • Experience in the financial services, mortgage banking, or commercial real estate industries is
    preferred but not a requirement

 

Compensation and Benefits

Compensation includes a competitive base salary, commensurate with qualifications and experience,
and commissions paid as transactions close.  Employees also have access to health care and vacation
benefits.  Earnings are uncapped.
