TowerPoint Capital is seeking energetic inside sales/originations professionals for our Block Acquisitions Desks (BAD) in our Atlanta, San Diego and Cincinnati offices.  BAD team members focus on originating a high volume of opportunities to acquire cell tower and wireless infrastructure related assets outside of the top 100 US business trading areas (BTAs).  TowerPoint provides an exciting and lucrative opportunity that combines Sales, Real Estate, Finance and Telecommunications.   TowerPoint’s continued growth and success demands that we attract exceptional people. Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage and forecast a proprietary sales acquisition pipeline
  • Canvass prospects from the firms database and handle inbound inquiries
  • Negotiating deal terms in accordance with corporate guidelines
  • Act as point of contact and collaborate with deal team to diligence and close transactions
  • Follow and exceed corporate standards and key performance metrics

 

Requirements

  • Strong desire to achieve, intensely competitive, highly optimistic
  • Experience in inside sales with heavy outbound call volume
  • 2+ years of inside sales experience
  • Superior written and verbal communication Skills
  • A working knowledge of finance, including discounted cash flow concepts (IRR and NPV)
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a sales org.
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work independently
  • Experience in the financial services, mortgage banking, or commercial real estate industries is preferred but not a requirement
  • Proficient in using sales automation tools and MSO apps (Salesforce.com, msw, ppt, excel)

Compensation and Benefits

Overall first year compensation targets for BAD team members is low is mid to high five figures predominantly comprised of performance based pay. Package includes a fixed base salary, commensurate with qualifications and experience, variable performance based commissions and monthly/annual bonus programs. Employees also have access to excellent health care and vacation benefits. Earnings are uncapped.
